At Brasslism, we partner with trusted carriers to ensure your artisanal lighting pieces arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Most of our items are shipped via reliable parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) directly to your delivery address.

Standard items ship from our warehouse and typically arrive within 4-5 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that items ordered together may not always arrive in the same box.

For larger fixtures such as floor lamps, items may be subject to a flat-rate handling fee due to carrier weight and size limits. These items will be delivered directly to your doorstep. (Note: We do not currently offer in-home assembly services. You are responsible for bringing oversized items into your home.)

Our shipping and processing fees cover the careful handling, packing, and delivery of your premium lighting.

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. (Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100).

Delivery fees do not include gift wrapping or specialized surcharges that may apply to heavy/oversized items.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered via USPS and will incur an additional shipping charge of $20. (Note: Certain exceptionally heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped to these locations.)

APO/FPO Addresses: If you have a U.S. billing address, please proceed through the domestic checkout. Standard shipping charges apply, and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Physical gift cards follow slightly different shipping rates and timeframes:

Standard Delivery: Free shipping via USPS (5-7 business days).

Next-Day Delivery: Available for a $12.00 charge. Arrives in 1 business day if placed by 9:00 AM PT, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 9:00 AM PT Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

When placing an order online, please note that your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of purchase. This policy applies to all Brasslism products, including made-to-order lighting, customized fixtures, and items fulfilled directly by our artisan partners.

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*.

States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. All sales are made by Brasslism, and the applicable local sales tax of the delivery destination will be automatically calculated and charged at checkout in accordance with state and local laws.
